IKRON Greater Seattle Staff Members

Monica Negrila

L. Monica Negrila - Executive Director

Monica joined IKRON in 2005, in Cincinnati, where she spent the following 5 years providing clinical services and coordinating the organization's programs, licenses and certifications. In 2011, after moving to the Pacific Northwest, Monica helped found IKRON of Greater Seattle with the vision of making a difference in the community through quality vocational and behavioral health services. Although she's been fortunate to obtain her master's degree in counseling, Monica is a strong believer in the "school of life" that many of the IKRON participants bring into services.

Originally from Romania, Monica enjoys the rainy Seattle climate, she loves spending time with her daughter and their family dog, Mr. Cuddles, and she likes volunteering in the community.

Scott is passionate about employment and its importance in recovery and one’s overall wellness. Since moving to Washington State, Scott has learned the ways of the Pacific Northwest by hiking, eating salmon, and wearing a raincoat. Sorry Seattle, Scott still does not drink coffee. I am currently the Recovery Services Supervisor with IKRON, having joined the team in Oct 2015!  I moved from Colorado, having spent the last 10+ years working in both residential and outpatient treatment facilities, providing mental health, substance abuse and case management services for juvenile sex offenders, parolees, DUI offenders, adolescents and parents involved with CPS in both voluntary and mandated settings.  We are rapidly expanding IKRON’s Behavioral Health services and it has been my pleasure to work with Monica in networking with all manner of referral sources.  In my free time, I love to rock climb with my family, trail run, hike, bike, snowboard and generally enjoy the great outdoors!  I’m so glad to be in the area and a part of Team IKRON!
