Behavioral Health/Mental Health Counselor/ Full Time

We are seeking a Mental Health Therapist (Counseling or Social Work Degree, or degree eligible in the next 6 months; MHP credentials or dual licensed eligible preferred) to provide individual and group counseling services to adults enrolled in our behavioral health services. The counselor will work within a multidisciplinary team of professionals that includes substance use counselors, vocational counselors and psychiatric nurse practitioners, who work together to provide a full continuum of care in an outpatient behavioral health setting. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, ability to build an effective therapeutic relationship with participants, effective clinical writing skills and organizational skills. Substance Use Disorder Counselor/ Full Time

We are seeking a Substance Use Disorder Counselor (SUDPT or SUDP credentials required) to join the clinical team in providing integrated services to adults with a history of alcohol and substance use problems. The ideal candidate will work in collaboration with other professionals in providing individual and group services as well as assessments, utilizing evidenced based techniques to help individuals on their path to recovery. Career Specialist/ Full Time

We are seeking a Career Specialist to assist participants who are interested in obtaining and maintaining employment. The ideal candidate will work individually with participants in their career exploration, work readiness, and job search. Duties include observing individuals in a work setting to assess their work related strengths and limitations, assisting with job training and job coaching once employment has been achieved, contacting employers and developing business relationships, helping with resume writing, cover letters, interviewing techniques, searching for job openings, completing job applications, etc. Candidates must be flexible, with strong organizational skills, and excellent verbal and written communication. A demonstrated ability to work in the human services field is preferred. Must have valid driver's license and ability to use own vehicle to travel in the Seattle area and surroundings. PACT Team Lead/ Full Time

We are seeking a PACT Team Lead to supervisor and oversee all functions of IKRON's PACT Team. The PACT team is an intensive, multidisciplinary outpatient mental health team serving individuals with mental health symptoms in both the office and in the community. The PACT Team Lead must have an active clinical social work or mental health counselor license (full licensure preferred) and have experience in providing clinical supervision. The PACT Team Lead oversees all functions of the PACT Team. The ideal candidate will have effective communication skills, ability to build trusting relationships with staff and clients, as well as  strong clinical skills and leadership abilities.
